Most  of my friends are not into real estate and think I'm crazy so I would like to meet other people that love real estate.Right now my husband and I are looking at finding real estate investments to help us retire in the next 10-15 years.  

@Roland Gray with no capital you will probably need to start as a bird dog... there are deals in every market Vegas included.

This is why I love real estate and no longer put my money into the market.Sorry for the rant, just a big believer REI is a better route than the market for the average investor. 

Biggerpockets community is truly awesome through their diversity (buy and hold, wholesalers, bird dogs, commerce, developers, flippers, agents, etc).

The realtor neighbor also breed mean dogs and used it as the dog's toilet. 

They also claim this managing tenant has 12-18 people living in their unit and have 8 pit bull dogs.

I'm currently in the process of educating myself and figuring out what the best way for me to invest in real estate is.I have a wonderful girlfriend that I've been with for almost six years and our family consists of a cat and dog.  

In my markets, an acreage property rented to someone with poor credit 3 dogs 2 cats 2 goats and a horse on a month-to month basis can easily achieve that.

I love real estate and have driven all over North Florida in every city and town along all the back roads checking out properties before my very first realestate investment which was a Duplex in Jacksonville.
