Hello Everyone! From Boise, Idaho
I discovered this website by browsing through some podcasts. I listened to a few of them, and thought that this would be a great place to get some new ideas and network with people with similar interests.
While new to this site, I am not a newbie investor. I currently own and manage 8 rental properties in Nampa, Idaho, which is just outside of Boise. I recently bought a home at auction that I am in the process of flipping. I have done several flips and owned rental real estate for about 10 years. Most of my friends are not into real estate and think I'm crazy so I would like to meet other people that love real estate.
Right now my husband and I are looking at finding real estate investments to help us retire in the next 10-15 years. Looking forward to meeting some of you!
