I am sure that is you do come up with a list of some kind it will be constantly changing, being added to and subtracted from but you may luck out and find someone with deep pockets. 

Lots of work and some money to be spent to get from point a to point b, however I've held back a bit due to no having deep pockets to weather the storm so to speak while getting the building stabilized.Thinking it would be a good idea to see if I can schedule another sit down with the floor owner who had visited with me before.

I am use to wholesaling and finding other investors who want deep discounts 60 - 70 % off ARV.

Today, I am ready to dive in head first.I am a total noob that has never done a deal.

When those deals do come up there's plenty of active buyers with deep pockets or hard money ready to take down themselves.
