I have always been told the lenders can loan up to ten properties but find past 4 gets very difficult (If you have a partner put one on each name to get 8)Properties 5-20: GO LOCAL!

The market is tough right now and has been difficult to find any properties that cash flow or that I can flip. 

It is just more difficult to find the right property.

These are some barriers I had to make sure to be able to climb over as balancing college and a full time job can be difficult but will be worth it!

I'm having a difficult time evaluating if this cabin is a viable investment for STR.   

I currently own and self manage 16 single family rentals, and while it hasn't been to difficult or time consuming, I intend to continue to grow my portfolio and can see a need to hand of many of the tasks I currently oversee.

I have researched various forums about part-time agents and brokerages, and the consensus I have come across is that being part-time as an agent is difficult and usually not worth the effort.

@Dean letfus BRRRR strategy is difficult to put on in New Zealand but is it same in neighbouring country Australia as well?

I'm not a lawyer, but when they added wording "any animal", I believe that makes it a little difficult.
