@Bobby Walters I'd stay in Huntsville if you could just depends on what type of tenant you want...I think you can get a more desirable class tenant in Huntsville. 

Search your desired LLC name to make sure it's unique and available to use.

But even with that said, we also recognize every investor has their own tastes, desires, goals, intent and financial means of investing. 

I'm not very eager to become a broker at all, however the university I will be attending has a RE program (that I'm interested in anyway, because of my desire to invest).  

You might be able to land a job as an assistant rather than work at McDonald's which might be a little off your desired path. 

Knowing those involved in an area in an industry is where you begin, look to solve their desires, they may need to buy or sell and these are off the market deals, which how much of commercial is transacted, within the business community. :) 

The drive may not be desirable, but I love who I work with and for.

Having done no research, I heard the multis are my ore typically located in less desirable neighborhoods.

It's been my desire to quit my job and do real estate for life. 

That said, the desire to scale the business has led me to this "unbundled" or "a-la-carte" model which leverages the existing business infrastructure I have in place and also caters to the evolving consumer/investor demands which now include a more active DIY approach to real estate investing.
