Depending on what you are targeting you may even be able to work with a bank to have funding up to a specific limit available.Next you need to start networking with agents and other real estate investors in the area you want to invest in.

My CPA loves me..

I am not a CPA though, so please take this with a grain of salt.

They say you NET WORTH will only be as big as your NETWORK.

I would suggest you to attend some local BP meetups and network and meet other fellow investors with all levels of experience.

Hi Everyone,As a CPA who specializes in real estate I have been doing some reading on the new Opportunity Zones (OZ) passed effective 1/1/18 with the new tax law.

As far as the PA transfer tax law, talk to a tax accountant or CPA.

Building my network and scouting properties is my first course of action, and what better place to do that than Bigger Pockets? 

If the partner insists on realizing income ASAP, just remind them to talk to their CPA for the tax benefits.
