Sorry to hear that Nick.Worse than not going at all would be to go and get sick and spend money and not be able to do anything and then have to return home.Hope you feel better.Confined spaces usually do not bother me.I have an awesome immune system and might get a 24hr cold once a a year and that's it (knock on wood).As for Denver getting Manning.I hope they put a bunch of out clauses in the contract.The guy is 36,hasn't played in a year,and has had 2 or 3 (can't remember the number) neck surgeries.I would hardly guarantee him any money on that 90 plus million contract.If he performs and stays healthy he gets paid.If he flounders or gets injured again dump him to another team.I am not a Denver Broncos fan (go Falcons!)

I've heard it's a fairly big problem with people collecting rent but not paying the mortgage and tenants not knowing it until the mortgage company forecloses on the home and they are out in the cold.

Online video has been big for me for years, content, and even Press Releases that get picked up by blogs and have links back to my sites.The biggest item I've taken from the most recent Google changes is to get mobile versions of my sites.

One of the pluses to Wordpress is it's free and highly versatile.Stay away from plug ins and free templates that steal your SEO juice.Another down fall is word press is highly targeted by hacks.You have to keep very up to date with word press updates or your website can become compromised by mal-ware,hacking etc.This is why so far I haven't used wordpress and have stuck with Joomla.Word press is promising but can be unstable at times.I might switch eventually.

I have read many book and been on here for years so I feel I have a pretty good idea but I feel like it helps eliminate the "cold feet" if someone tells you directly what you need or don't need.

Nice and cool" inside, on those hot days, and "nice and toasty", on those cold days!

Sounds like cold feet to me (LOL) move forward, you have an opportunity, if it doesn't work, sell it, if it's a decent area, it will remain marketable......get insurance for the tornado!
