Think nursing assistants, housekeeping, hospital reception and information desks, switchboard staff, administrators and their admin staff, security guards. 

There is no government oversight in our industry and because of that there have been instances where QIs have not safeguarded their client's funds appropriately and/or they don't have the expertise and experience to adequately assist a client engaging in a 1031.

other than an etf in retirement accounts. the game is kind of rigged towards the dos with the Fed/casino. 

The two things mentioned were waiving late fees for a period of time, and deferring payments.I chose to go with the payment deferral approach because it provides the assistance they need.  

If you’re going to bother opening your massive casino/hotel you’re going to figure out how to get people here.
