Its protecting your LLC assets from legal attacks on you personally too.Neither are all that expensive or hard to do, a few hundred bucks a year for an added layer of protection (and anonymity) is worth it IMO.

It is hundreds, maybe thousands of dollars in damage.

I certaintly don't want to shell out a couple hundred bucks for insepctions if they'll be tossed in the trash.

For example, a kitchen that needs cosmetic rehab such as painting, minor updating, new linoleum floors, etc, might cost $X, whereas a total kitchen overhaul including new cabinets, etc might cost $Y.

Looks great ($1500)- tile bathrooms ($800)- resurface kitchen cabinets if need be (0-$1500)- put simply safe alarm system ($300)- sometimes I even spend an extra $2000 to put granite countertop...
