It includes all the basics like how to advertise, screening tenants, Fair Housing law, security deposits, rent disputes, dealing with tenants, etc.

I guess the saying about it being in your blood is true!

Hey everyone, I was just curious how you might go about “screening” people and or denying them (before an application) if you’re trying to fill a room but only to a single person?

Lower income does not make a person bad, but the screening is different.

The beauty of Facebook is the ability to screen the tenants beforehand .

I've noticed through my tenant screening that A/C is becoming a bigger factor with higher quality tenants.
