.  (**** does roll downhill, just be glad that you're not at the VERY bottom)However, here in Oklahoma, I would highly suggest having the utilities automatically setup to switch to your name in the event of the bills not being paid by the tenant.

The bank will likely (but you can never be 100% sure) call for "highest and best" in the event of multiple offers at full / near (+ or -) asking price.Tip: Good communication between REO realtor and listing agent/bank = CRITICAL!!
