My states is very clear: if I accept my tenant's application for rental assistance, I agree to stop all eviction actions until their application is processed and I won't evict them for non-payment of rent during any period ERAP is paying for their rent.

@Gustavo Zamora, you are correct that sometimes the terms of a deal (type of financing, seller assist, inspections, etc) can affect whether a seller accepts your offer or not.
