I had initially planned on living in the house for a long time and keeping it for the rest of my life because it was such a nice house and I got an amazing deal!

No major repairs or problems noted.There's absolutely nothing wrong with where we live now, and we weren't even looking for ourselves per se, but I really like this house and would relish the opportunity to make it amazing.

The price on this machine seems to go up and down weekly on Amazon, I grabbed it on sale for $345.The first time I cleaned the carpet in my own house I was amazed at what it got out.  

It seemed like a lot of issues on the banks side, but again it is an amazing property.Wish you the best of luck!

Once you are doing something you will be amazed at all the mentoring that comes from rubbing elbows with folks doing deals. 

It's amazing what can be done over a quick visit and a cup of coffee if its presented right.

How active have you been in running the hotel, were you able to high a Manager to take care of most of the day to day.I remember seeing some pretty amazing deals on hotels/motels in the Florida are during the crash.. definitely nothing like that in SoCal area even during the crash. $9,000/ room purchase price is insane.
