Apathy is a cost not advertised when you sign up.

This is usually done by advertised auction. 

Depending on price point, be prepared to come to the table with a higher than offer than advertised.

Will be reaching out to an agent advertising they work with investors down south also.

a lot for $1000-$1200, just waiting.... and waiting... they've overpriced.... .... meanwhile, I renovate a 3/1 and advertise it for $800 and get the home filled normally within 2-3 weeks.       

It is inequitable that society accepts the U.S. government's use of incentives to recruit and advertise, YET not an individual's  right to evaluate those incentive and use them to guide their decision.
