Based on the public records of surrounding houses, it doesn't seem to me that $100k is probable.Not sure if this is the case but, it is really tough to get buyers interested in property that is the first in the area to be rehabbed.

I see too many people around here who move into the mountains and then want their house surrounded by trees.
