Hey everyone. My name is David and I live in the DFW area. I currently work in healthcare. I am just getting started in real estate. My plan is to start with single family rehab and rentals and eventually move into multi family. I hope to be able to get to a point within the next few years that I can quit my day job and focus on this full time.
