It’s the second largest banking center and has been attracting companies and significant population from New York and other more expensive markets on the East Coast for its great culture, low cost of living, and lower cost of doing business.Agree or disagree with my personal analysis?

Middle class New Yorkers are relocating to cities like Charlotte, Dallas, Austin, Atlanta and other cities that provide a decent quality of life for their families at lower cost.

Looking for properties around San Francisco Bay Area, east bay, South Bay, and possibly Central Valley, which are not on MLS.

I deal with middle class to luxury  condos in areas that are not replaceable. 

My rentals are in Richmond, East Oakland, and West Oakland.

Between that and the fact that the basement unit had the furnace in the middle of the living room, we passed.The sixth one was in a great area.

I am actually in the middle of negotiating for a sub2 here in Quebec.  

So, I'll suggest a middle ground here.  

Lease was for $1400 per month.top of the line school district, middle of the line neighborhood for the area due to less amenities.
