I’ve purchased, rehabbed, rented and refinanced several homes in the Denver area.

So after attending those banquet room rented real estate venues, reading real estate and financial literacy books, and surfing youtube videos I have finally have come to BiggerPockets!

After being to a few BiggerPockets meetups, attending a few webinars, and listening to the BP podcasts, I know that I want to be a landlord in the LA area. 

As @Jonathan Greene suggested, attend your local real estate investment meetups to network.

The other reason is I found it extremely difficult to juggle educating myself on real estate while attending Army Flight School training.

What day are you most likely to attend a real estate summit?

Start attending your local REI meetings religiously! 

I suggest you become familiar with the 1% rule and please attend Brandon Turner's podcasts.

As such, I am currently building my credit score, attending real estate meetings, and scouring through YouTube, podcasts, and literature for further knowledge.
