Do you guys / gals, see a problem with the renovated units not having the ability to intercom / buzz people in through the front door until a new system is put in place (which may not happen for years or ever)?

I'm a new RE investor in general and my intention was to shop around here if anyone is wiling to offer a better rate than my current one.I mean no harm/offense to any lenders out here, but I thought it would be a 'fun' post to do to attract some attention and traffic.

The tenant has been a problem from the beginning, such as behind in rent for a year, buys a brand-new Jeep, lies about ex-husbands job, child support, court cases, etc...Now, the house needs a new deck, so I went up to inspect it.

My husband and I are new to real estate investing and currently seeking for our first rental property investment, preferably a multifamily (2-4 unit) home.

We have some new forum features rolling out to make it easier to see profile views and stats and many more features queued up for later this year.

Started yesterday after I sent a lease agreement to new tenants.

If the new rates are market, where are people going to move their stuff?

This new property is vacant and I will be putting it on the market once we close.

If you want to clean up the shower and add new fixtures, that's a cheap fix too.
