I'm not sure how the market is in New Bedford, but it's pretty hot in the Greater Boston area.

Your expenses can include any office or transportation expense like postage, internet, cell phone etc.Don't forget to correctly determine the basis of your property and take appropriate depreciation as well.

I see lots of Boston seekers who want to live in the city but are trying to find a place to put their car. 

Plus there will be a bit of excitement over it.Look at other factors too, make sure there are public transportation and other job sources.
