Are there less expensive ways to get access that are still effective? 

Don't want to have to burn time trying to figure this out as part of a transaction. 

Pex is also much easier to install and requires less access. 

This includes not doing the termite inspection.

I’ve tried searching for people who have been neighbors to their tenant but haven’t seen anything yet.If you have experience in this I’d love to hear how you handled the relationship of tenant/neighbor. 

This way, even if the monthly payment remains the same, the amount you pay towards principal each month goes up.
