What I'm still working to figure out is you're just using the system to coordinate maintenance (e-rent + lease turnover already in place) is it primarily just a chatbot automation that's coordinating hand-off with your existing contractors that you're already working with (since most areas remain outside their full service coverage)? 

Most of that has come from highest quality tech names, payment processors, e-commerce, and SAAS companies.

Once you have listed it on your schedule E the bank will consider it an investment unless it was rented for 6 months or less out of the year. 

I'm now wondering if I'd qualify for another primary residence mortgage if I move into the next property, and repeat the process (and thereby turning my current/first home from my primary residence to a Schedule E rental property).

I thought of putting my response in writing in e-mail and request of them to declaw the kitten, and make sure it uses the litter box, and if there are any damages, they will make sure to pay for the repairs.
