Accounting Software for Small Real estate LLC

Looking to see what Accounting Software others are using for mall Real estate LLC's. I'm attempting to use Quickbooks but it's not really meant for Real estate property rentals, and it's a subscription that's costing $25.00 per month.

We own 2 small duplex's and have property managers running both for us.  I just need a piece of software to do the month to month accounting, and keep track of income and expenses for Taxes.

@Joshua E. Balkenhol I suggest Quickbooks Online too. They integrate with several property management softwares, making it very easy to manage properties having all that data synced together.
