@Dave Foster thanks for bringing this out, I was actually browsing the web looking for answers about how to avoid the FIRPTA withholding!

The web will flood you with information but city-data.com can steer you toward desirable and growing neighborhoods.

I have the two web sites they are just not edited because I haven't been able to find the time for some reason.

With so much research on the web, I feel as though I am running in circles with information but don't know how to apply is to get started.

I just started to expose them to the "red and black" numbers. 

I've been listening to the BiggerPockets podcast for the past two months or so and finally joined the web community.

If that were the case I would much rather he extend the fence into my property versus telling me what I can and can't do on my side of the fence.I then spent the rest of the day looking into this matter, and found out that it is not a black and white issue of where the original survey said the property lines are (houses built in 1957) there is "adverse possession" I guess I'm curious in general of people's opinions, and general advice for me.
