Wholesaling Properties..Where do I even begin?

Hello - My husband and I are new to the investment world. I am a licensed real estate agent in St johns county and my husband is a local county fireman and small business owner. We are leaning toward wholesaling a few properties to get reserves to be able to purchase a few flips and rental properties. With so much research on the web, I feel as though I am running in circles with information but don't know how to apply is to get started. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
