I kind of understand this method as far as having to pay yourself a reasonable salary and then be taxed only on that, but the question that I have is whether or not you have to follow all the formalities of a full blown S-Corp, or is it the same as an LLC with just a better tax advantage?

Then I started looking around the apartment and she had caulked all the trim work before she painted and it looked better than the caulk jobs I do (and I'm picky).That being said she is the only tenant I have let paint an apt.I have thought about charging an additional fee per month to let a tenant customize the paint in their apartment (I have to approve the colors first though.)
