The rehabbing we're doing right now has quite a few things that are in great shape  and we'd like to save for future use like toilets, heavy wood front doors, some appliances, shed full of tiles, etc.

I'm not sure if they installed any of the piping.

I have a really great tile guy in Norfolk if you need any help with flooring.  

They can gut them and put in marble top sinks and fancy tiles in the bath and new floors, but, I would not spend $200,000 plus to have neighbors like they have.
