I understand that team with their boots on the location is crucial, so I am planning to fly there for couple of days/week and team up offline first and then do business remotely.  

Since we manage our rental properties ourselves, I told him our rental LLC should be considered as a business.

At least you can have an excuse not to do a party since you can say your busy with taxes :P 

I was hit by an 18 wheeler 2 years ago - my fault- and tried to start a business last summer that didn't succeed, which it shouldn't have, being that I hated every minute of mobile detailing, and I recently got to where I am at least head above water, but I am paycheck to paycheck.

They won't be advertising online because they are already busy.

Similarly, the initial losses in a new business should be viewed as the "tuition" necessary to gain invaluable experience and skills in a new field.
