Chuo line is very long, but if it were a "good" station, you could most definitely find someone who would want to live there.I actually think that the lower end, affordable housing market near central Tokyo has strong demand because of the economics and lifestyle here.But I would make sure the math works right from the start.

Accountants are in such demand, that the best are not even accepting clients half the time.The other problem I see often with accountants on here is that they specialize in larger investors, and have really high prices when you as a smaller investor do not need all the bells and whistles.Another thing I see is folks thinking they need to have a tax professional in their state.

They have had windows replaced, electric upgrades and other nifty fixes done by previous owners.The older homes often have much nicer yards and are often really strongly built.
