The only secret is in the minds of lenders in sizing up a borrower as to character, ethical aspects, intent, and if someone is blowing smoke at them.

@David Griffey The egress windows we are using run (see link above) about $260 - $300 depending if they are a stock size or custom.  

Government funds spent on anything other than right-sizing the city will be good money after bad.  

For example if you are looking at 4,8,15 unit size buildings that is generally one broker/agent and if you are looking at 70,150,300 units that is another type of broker/agent.The inventory circles and how deals are structured and closed are completely different.
