Is it smart to call the listing agent?

NOw if your in small counties this can be different but if your in a major metro area and a county in said metro area.. its a ton of work.I bought a few sales in the ft meyer area back in the crash 09... ( wish I had moved there and set up shop) but I used a service.. which basically means we split profit with the guys that did all the leg work. 

You get cold feet and it takes over a year to pop the question......she says no, love you, but no.Now what, you financed the ring and take it to a pawn shop, the guy will give you $600 for it!

Hey everyone,I bought a property a little over a year ago and I have been paying extra onto the principle and I was just wondering if it would be a smart move to refinance to bring in a little extra cashflow per month?

I read in one of the articles here on Bigger Pockets that it's sometimes smart for investors to partner up and also try to "go big" to make your expenses smaller percentage wise (economies of scale).

I would shop it around as I'm sure there are plenty of HML in your area. 

There are a lot of smart people on here who are willing to help and answer questions.

Looking for the best way to shop this specific product.

We try to place them in empty lots on main roads and in shopping plazas.
