Is there is a way to bring the capital partner on the LLC and give them recourse but not equity?

Hi, were currently looking to set up an LLC & partnership with an attorney in NJ or PA.

If I close on the new commercial property personally, can I then turn around and quitclaim it to a pass through LLC (still owned by me)?
