1031/Quitclaim to LLC Transfer Tax
Hi,
I have a property I own personally and am 1031ing into a commercial property in FL. If I close on the new commercial property personally, can I then turn around and quitclaim it to a pass through LLC (still owned by me)? Does this trigger having to pay transfer taxes or doc stamp taxes in Florida (which are $$$)?
