If I have a negative cashflow on paper or IRL this year, will I decrease my taxable income from my full time job?

I plan to move back to Angelo and currently I live and work in the DFW area and not sure if a lender would qualify me to make a purchase this far from my job.

I work a full time job in addition to my property management and I need to tighten up my management.Could anyone suggest some software that could help me do all the things a landlord does (inspections, receipts, finances) but keeping it  in one, tidy place?

Does anyone have any experience in finding good artists that can handle this type of job? 

Paul does a really good job at creating examples of how he got to where he is and provides us with a wealth of knowledge.

My full time job has a non traditional schedule and I have several days a week off which allows me enough time to be an effective agent even though I'm part time. 

The numbers associated with these are different for everyone.With bigger jobs, such as yours, I would need to utilize a team.
