Hello my is Andre Houston I have 2 rentals and a primary home I'm ready to purchase another home but I don't have a w2 job anymore I have about 60 to 70k saved up I wanted to try an do a brrrr basically put 20 or 15 percent on the purchase an get a loan for the remodel but how do I go about refinancing it when it's all done if I don't have a job I have a 765 credit score but no prove of income I worked for the last 9 years but I haven't been employed since June 2022 my debt to income is also high because of the 3 homes i already own at this point im kind of stuck any suggestions I should do thanks in advanceÂ

Hi Andrew, thank you for taking the time, I’m a foreign citizen, I don’t live in the US and I don’t have any US citizenship so I won’t qualify for any home buyer loan and I don’t have a credit score which makes it all a little bit more complicated.

Hi Tommesa,It takes money to make money.Focus number one should be write down exactly what a lender wants a borrower to be for a deal like this...then become that person.Credit score, length of employment, minimum income, down payment cash ect.Â
