I feel that I have a decent amount of knowledge on the many aspects of real estate but I am here to learn more so that I can achieve the financial security that everyone dreams of.

One tenant has been there the entire time, replaced a frig, stove and fixed the roof 2x. 

I am looking to become a full time Real Estate Investor, it is my long term goal to become very knowledgable in many aspects of Real Estate Investing from Wholesaling, Buy and Hold, Flipping, multifamily, Note Investing, and Comercial Real Estate.

It is a good community to network and learn about all aspects of real-estate investing.

6 unit building has 1 roof, 2 furnaces, and 1 hot water heater.  6 single family homes have 6 roofs, 6 furnaces, 6 hot water heaters....So from a repair perspective, which would you rather have to deal with?

We just cleaned 2 roofs and siding on one house today , basically a 50/50 mix .

You can take online classes on all aspects of building science.

I'm guessing the financial aspect?

I have a friend who is a contractor who is looking to invest in properties more for flipping (which I am also interested in) and I have another friend who is interested in the rental aspect that I spoke of.

I have found that this website is helpful in all aspects whether its help with financing, law, getting started or even encouragement.
