There are an array of confusing choices and I haven't found anything that explains the technology in a fashion that is understandable by anyone other than an IOT engineer. 

If you have gotten an estimate yet, the contractor or engineer should have done a perc test to get an idea of how the soil drains.

I can't say I expect the situation to be as robust with Galveston...but that is really where my due diligence is headed.
