It's one thing if you decided to open a restaurant with no guidance or mentorship and your restaurant failed, but to get people to sell their homes and you fail and then they are left in very bad situation because there are things you didn't realize or know about (without begging other people for help when you are in a last minute pickle) is kind of selfish.

So, the large percentage YoY increases in median prices seen in the graphics above are not an artificial product of last year’s shut down.

I own a strip mall right outside of Chicago, and have been renting out to 3 different restaurants within the strip. 

Utility came out and shut off power pending a replacement of the panel to bring it up to current code. 

That's some restaurants business model.

Where are new restaurants, apartments, and other businesses coming in?

I graduated from college but never broke free of the restaurant industry.  

Once they see how much of a bargain they're getting renting your place, they'll shut up.

I'm curious about the cost of submetering, or at a minimum install new shut-off valves so that when I have a plumbing issue I'm not killing the water to all the units at once.
