The larger builders have dealt with this by slowing their current projects and reducing commissions to buyers agents.

I remember in real estate school the instructors warned us "buyers are liars" and that your career is much better off with listings rather than showings for buyers.

I sold a tax certificate and now the buyer is saying they didn't understand what they were buying and thought it was a clear title.

IE the buyer does not want to do any rehab or updating work.. 

Would anyone be so kind and to explain what's the difference between a buyer's market and a seller's market?
