We've been trying to form a collective of green-minded apartment owners and tenants to really promote this concept.

I'm wondering though, are you going to make this a fair ebook to the industry or are you only going to only promote the negative things you see?

Do not rely on articles from DIY websites that promote the quick and easy LLC.

I've seen BP promoting Realtyshares.

I don't think BP likes it to make it an promotion topic about one person/company.

Just about any local lumber yard will be glad to sell you doors... just call up and ask to speak to the sales manager and he/she can direct you to an appropriate rep.That said, HD and Lowes do some crazy promotions at times and with like-kind brands, the product should be identical, so the quality should be too.
