Hello everyone, I am brand spanking new to real estate investing. I have a decent job. I have a 401k, but I was uniformed that I should open up a Roth IRA. FYI,I am an independent contractor. So, please give any advice on that matter as well. Below are some questions I would like answers to: 1. What kind of Ira should I open up & what are the best companies to work with? 2.I'm not sure if I should try to flip a house first, or hold, buy a multi family property or single family, commercial or residential, etc.? 3. Should I buy my first property with my own money, get investors, or get loans/financing? 4. Would it be more beneficial for me to start an LLC or should just buy a house in my name? Thanks in advance
