I just don't want to find that great oppurtunity and not be in the position to pull the trigger on it because I'm putting everything towards my debt -  especially when I'm mentally "all in" and ready to do this after so many years of just dreaming about it.....It's that whole patience thing!  

Yes, you were right to prioritize

I definitely can agree with The One Thing mentality, and that may be the best way to go.

Where I fell short:I didn't analyze as many deals as I intended, but in a way I think it's okay because my efforts were prioritized elsewhere.

Square footage is prioritized in the shared spaces and each suite will be under 200 sq ft of actual living space.

The listing says that the seller is prioritizing offers specifically from investors who are willing to keep the existing tenants.

judge mental.

A lot goes into the decision, just prioritize experience, and training over split. good luck!
