Thoughts on how this will impact investors?

As I've been looking to purchase a property on a coastal area to run as an vacation rental I decided to check on the impact of rising levels due to climate change over the next decades to evaluate risky areas and how they will be affected over time. 

@Manesh Hardeo   I keep hearing about the west end and the beltline and I wonder how much of an impact the belt line will have on the west end home prices. 

I was sure on how this would impact wholesaling deals.  

Any thoughts on this and how this is going to impact us in real estate?

The person making that kind of money likely owns businesses and employs workers so has other positive impacts on the economy that the worker making 20,000 a year does not.I just believe a lot of these reports are crap.

If you already have a preconceived notion that you are dealing with some despicable element within society, it impacts your judgment and ability to manage your situation.

While this does not impact the opinion of value, it is incorrect and should be noted in a new appraisal.

@Alan Majors, your cpa can give you the comparison of the full impact of taxes versus doing the 1031 exchange.  

That said, if you're investing (or living) in that part of town, you may want to stay informed as to whether Bullseye stops using the chemicals permanently or just until the news cycle moves on.
