I pay for Microsoft Office 365 family license and included with it is 6 accounts to MS OneDrive cloud with 1GB storage each.

That said if you’re paying the utility bills you’ll need to train your tenants/guests how to use a split.

But you better have a plan for when you do use the credit on deals to make sure you do not get stuck paying loads of interest on them.

Should I just pay someone to?

Question: We have two CALIF. condos (PGA West La Quinta & Lake Arrowhead), each earning $30K ann. as STR’s, w/3% loans, our son pays for one condo.

However when I think logically about depreciating damages I use this as an example:If I built a house and rented it for 28 years without making any improvements, the tenant could burn the house to the ground and not get charged one penny because the entire house was fully depreciated down to $0.

Does that return to tenant and the tenant pays a new last months rent congruent with the increased rent? 

In total we will have 1 LLC and two separate trusts.All that said, I guess my questions are as follows:-We need to set up an operating bank account for renovation work for our new property, should we set this up through the trust, through our existing LLC or just pay using our personal accounts?
