I need to keep better records and keep more organized for myself and for my CPA.

Some of them came with organization who helps them to find homes. 

Next step is running the numbers through one of the calculators to see if its even feasible.Jumped on the site today and saw that a local group meets every once and awhile, organized by @ShawnF32.

Does anyone here know if there is an escrow option with any of the above-mentioned organizations? 

Anyone have experience of starting a non profit organization for purposes of buying homes offered to govt non profit agencies before being offered to Investors?
