At the strong recommendation of multiple folks on here and my accountant I bought QuickBooks.  

If have a property under contract and you have a good idea what you want included in your SOW, then, you can have multiple contractor’s bid on the job.The only way you can learn this business is by asking questions and taking action.  

The properties are owned by our LLC.Assuming nothing changes from the current tax perspective, what is the "smartest" tax-efficient method of getting this equity out of our investments:1) Cash out refi $1.6m (80% LTV of all the assets) and invest that money in a more liquid (albeit lower return) investment vehicle?

From a feel perspective it’s like stone but doesn’t have the same cool-touch that you get from bare concrete.

I use a channel manager now since I have multiple properties and I list on so many sites.

You will always get opposing advice base on the perspective of the person giving the advice.

They said these were their internal rules and I got confirmation from multiple people in the bank.

Or is having multiple people sign a mortgage agreement (even if one has bad credit) always seen as a lower risk by lenders?

It will probably take multiple mailers to the same people to get a few bites.

I've talked with multiple park owners that use these systems with success.I have a 3 lot park that is in my state, but 4 hours away.
