Did your tenant file federal accommodation paperwork before she moved in? 

Not sure what to do anymore. move to a better market 

Set shared space expectations before the tenant moves in and have those expectations in writing.

This city is experiencing rapid growth, with many large companies planning to move to the area in the next few months, which will result in an influx of new residents and a wealth of job openings.

Good afternoon all,I have a tenant who wants to move in her boyfriend who is currently on parole.

Population is growing aggressively and jobs are moving here especially with major employers like Intel, Google, Amazon, Nationwide, etc.

But the majority of the time, doing the active diligence can ultimately provide the best experience for any placed tenant which in turn will ultimately help yourself, if a property manager, maintain a healthy relationship with your portfolio of owners going forward for them. 

Property managers can be huge scammers, wholesalers and realtors do not care about you so don't trust anything they say, ask hoa for financials before moving through the dealHow did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Do you turn over to PM or do it yourself and how do you simplify things as you move forward.Also trading real estate for stocks is not just a way to diversify.
