I am just finishing my required education for my Residential Builders license and will begin working on the education requirements for Real Estate Salesperson and possibly Limited Appraiser later on down the road.I currently am renting, and in about 2 years my finances will allow that to change, in the mean time, I have plenty of time to do some market research into a few cities I have in mind to move to and start buying houses to fix up and modernize to eventually rent or sell.

Brick and mortar brokerages could soon be a thing of the past unless they develop a very specific niche. eXp is a solid fit for a lot of the modern day agents that often have multiple streams of revenue (investing, marketing, lead gen, recruiting, etc).
