Andrea Tavake Flippers in Toledo, Ohio
30 September 2019 | 13 replies
Hi Andrea,5+ years ago the 43609 zip code was pretty crappy. To my surprise and around a year ago we started seeing some pretty nice homes with high sales ($50,000+ range).Since then we have done around 20 or so deals in the 43609 zip code.Keep in mind that it is still very "choppy" tho and you need to base it of a street by street basis. Its's actually very interesting if you look up the old historical sales on the county records site.I've seen many that have sold for $80,000+ back in the day.Not saying that they could go back to that (Never invest based on capital appreciation projections because that is just too speculative or as I like to call it "witchcraft" lol)Dunham is ok but be cautious of anything North East of South Ave.I'm attaching a quick little screenshot marked in red with pockets that I think are solid in 43609Thanks and much success
