@Kyle Grimm - I just transfer the questions over to a google sheet file and fill it out in there (and then submit as an attachment w/ their main file)   Then you have it forever and can just update it when you need to submit it again

I scoped the main line and found that a pipe in the basement has completely rotted away.

If you can't separate utilities, then the "main" original part of the house would be paying the smaller units utilities. 3) Fairly splitting the parking and yard space is another issue that comes to mind

Cap rate and price-per-door are two of them.But your main concern is not finding deals in your local market, Denver.
